Over the next few months, U-NEED-A-CAB staff will be introducing, and issuing client account cards to you. When these cards are swiped in the vehicle, the trip details will automatically be inputted into our computerized dispatch system, and seamlessly transmitted to the new charge account tracking system, where charges will be logged for billing purposes. Account cards will be personalized to the specifics of your present account profile.

With our system, comprehensive statements can be generated for any given billing period and will replace the yellow paper charge slips that presently accompany your monthly invoice.

These statements will save time and eliminate the frustration of trying to reconcile your account with the numerous hard to read, illegible paper slips.

As part of our commitment to being “green” we are pleased to be able to offer an alternative to hard copy mail outs. With the introduction of our new website, Katharine will be able to send you electronic invoices and statements. We can do our part to help the environment by generating a little less paper!
